Print-on-Demand Products

 


Physical products such as notebooks or printed journals produced individually after an order is placed.


 

License for Digital Products

 


With the purchase of a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may not:

 

  • share or distribute the files

  • resell or reproduce them

  • modify them for commercial purposes

  • upload them anywhere publicly

 


Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

 

 

3. Technical Requirements (Digital Products)

 


You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software (e.g., PDF reader), and internet connection are suitable for accessing digital downloads. We do not assume liability for compatibility issues on your device.

 

 

 

4. Order Process & Contract Formation

 


By clicking “Buy Now” or “Complete Purchase”, you enter into a binding contract with us.


Before completing checkout, you may review and correct your order information.

After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

 

 

 

5. Language & Storage of Terms

 


The contract language is English.

A copy of your order and these Terms will be sent to you by email.

 

 

 

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Files are delivered via a personal download link.

  • Download links may not be shared with third parties.

  • We reserve the right to deactivate a link in case of misuse or unusual download activity.

 

 

 

 

8. Delivery of Print-on-Demand Products

 

 

  • Physical items are produced individually after ordering.

  • Production and shipping times may vary depending on the region.

  • Orders may ship from third-party fulfillment partners.

  • Tracking information is provided when available.

 

 

 

 

9. Refunds & Cancellations

 


 

Digital Products

 


All digital product sales are final.

Once the download link is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided.


By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access and therefore waive any right to cancellation or refund.


 

Print-on-Demand Products

 


Refunds are only available if:

 

  • the product arrives damaged or defective, or

  • an incorrect item was delivered.

 


In such cases, we will replace the item free of charge.

A photo of the defect is sufficient; returns are not required.


Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect address provided by the customer

  • delays caused by the shipping carrier

 

 

 

 

10. Warranty for Digital & Physical Goods

 


We will replace faulty digital files or defective printed items.


This warranty does not apply to:

 

  • user error

  • device incompatibility

  • damage caused after delivery

  • misuse of digital files

 

 

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 


We are not liable for:

 

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • data loss

  • issues caused by third-party apps, devices, or software

 


Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of:

 

  • intentional misconduct

  • gross negligence

  • harm to life or health

 

 

 

 

12. Intellectual Property Rights

 


All content, digital files, designs, layouts, templates, and product structures offered in our shop are protected by copyright.


You receive a personal-use license only.

Commercial use, modification, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
