Our shop exclusively sells digital products such as e-journals, planners, templates, and downloadable PDF files.
No physical items are shipped.
This policy describes how digital products are delivered after purchase.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
Once your payment is completed successfully, you will receive:

an instant download link to access your digital files.
All digital products are delivered electronically only.
No physical shipping, postal delivery, or printed materials will be provided.
3. Access to Downloads

Your digital files are available immediately after purchase.

You may download your files multiple times within a reasonable time period.

The download link is personal and non-transferable.
Sharing the link or files with third parties is not permitted.
If your download fails or you experience technical issues, we will provide a new link at no additional cost.
4. Technical Requirements
To access our digital products, you will need:

a stable internet connection

a compatible device (tablet, smartphone, laptop, or computer)

PDF reading software (e.g., Adobe Reader, GoodNotes, Notability, etc.)
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with our digital files.
5. Shipping Costs
There are no shipping fees for digital products.
All items are delivered electronically.
6. No Physical Shipping
Because all products in our store are digital:

no shipping carriers are used

no tracking numbers are issued

no physical deliveries are made
Any references to shipping in automated Shopify emails may be ignored.
7. Incorrect Email or Download Problems
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout or did not receive your download link, please contact us immediately.
We will resend your purchase to the correct email address once verified.
8. Damaged, Corrupted, or Missing Files
If your file:

is corrupted

cannot be opened
-
is missing pages
-
or has any technical issue
we will provide a fully working replacement file at no additional cost.
9. No Refunds for Digital Products
Because all digital files provide instant access, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available unless:

you accidentally purchased the same product twice, or
-
the file is technically defective and we cannot provide a working version.
