All products sold through our store are digital downloads (e-journals, templates, planners, PDFs, etc.).
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Once the purchase is completed and the download link is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available.
This policy is standard under U.S. e-commerce law and complies with international digital-goods guidelines.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may only be issued if:
